Pure Kosher Salami

This is super super simple. Purchase a Hebrew National Kosher beef salami at the market and that’s it. Just kidding. Take some dijon mustard about a cup and put it in a bowl with honey or any sweet marmalade you have. Apricot jam is also a great contributor. Then mix the two. Slice the salami as seen above and pour the saucy mixture all over it making sure to get it in between the slices. Bake at 350 for about 15 min or until the sauce is bubbling. Serve on a pretty plate and place toothpicks in the slices for easy eating. Enjoy
